When we first launched the #WONDERUS Ambassador Program in 2022, our vision was simple—but powerful. We wanted to create more than just a simple program. We wanted to build a community.
At haruharu wonder, creating purposeful skincare formulas that fit every skin tone, skin type, generation, and gender is at the heart of our inclusivity-driven ethos. Through #WONDERUS, we’ve been able to open a direct line of communication to our supporters from all around the globe that helps us ensure we’re upholding our promises! From the incredible supporters that have been with us from the very beginning to the newest discoverers and lovers of our products, we believe this program gives us an invaluable opportunity to hear your stories, listen to your feedback and insights, and learn how our products are truly making a difference in your everyday lives.
#WONDERUS has never been about passive listening but about how we can learn and grow together as one community. Four years in, and with every new program, we’re still gaining fresh perspectives, particularly through our #WONDERUS family’s unique, creative, and inspiring content. Whether it’s honest and thoughtful product reviews, new takes on how to use our products, or the latest skincare news and trends, our #WONDERUS family shapes how we, at haruharu wonder, go forward into each new chapter.
The program is held twice a year to ensure we have as many chances as possible to collaborate with you! We’re so lucky that with each new program we get to create long-lasting connections to our community. We’re always on the lookout for passionate skincare enthusiasts who can identify with our values of inclusive skincare for everyday use, vegan and eco-conscious beauty, and feeling confident in your natural skin! As we recently kicked off our eighth edition of #WONDERUS, having run seven successful #WONDERUS programs prior to this, we’re thrilled to celebrate a growing family of nearly 80 incredible #WONDER family members! Each one of these talented creators contributes greatly to our brand and their continued support and love are truly appreciated and we are continuously inspired to keep growing the program!
Step Into #WONDERUS – How To Apply & What’s in Store
Let’s dive a little deeper into how you can be in with a chance to join us on our #WONDERUS journey and what you can expect from the program upon selection. We are always looking for fresh, new voices from all around the world, so this is why we hold the program twice a year and, with the exception of our current #WONDERUS 8 that was aimed at our Korean-based supporters, we welcome applications from everyone, everywhere! Typically, we make the announcement that applications are open on our official Instagram - @haruharuwonder_official. Here, you can find clear instructions on how to apply, the program benefits, and the application period.
If selected, you will embark on an exciting 8-10 week #WONDERUS journey! You will first receive our amazing products to try out and review. We will encourage creative and inspiring content creation and will give you a direct line of communication to share your precious feedback and insights every step of the way. We also want to give you the spotlight you deserve so we will make sure to boost and share your fabulous work across our social media platforms to expand your social media reach.
But #WONDERUS is not about temporary or meaningless collaborations because our haruharu wonder family is forever! This is why we ensure that the community we’ve built continues past the program period. The year following the program, we will contact you to select your favorite haruharu wonder product as a special birthday gift just for you! We will also reach out to all our #WONDERUS family members every time we launch a new and exciting product so that you can receive it, try it out, and share your feedback with us directly! Once #WONDERUS is always #WONDERUS!
Our First #WONDERUS Offline Event
We did it! Our very first offline event for #WONDERUS 8 is officially in the books — and what a special day it was.
#WONDERUS 8 was exclusively open to our amazing Korean supporters, giving us a unique opportunity to connect with you in person for the very first time. On Monday, April 14th, we welcomed all our newly selected #WONDERUS 8 members to our headquarters for a day filled with fond introductions, learning, and skin-loving fun.
We kicked off the day with a warm welcome and personal introduction from none other than our CEO and Founder, Jae Jeong. She shared a heartfelt story about the beginnings of haruharu wonder — her motivation behind launching the brand, the journey that brought us here, and the values and vision of the haruharu wonder brand that we will continue to uphold into the future. It was an inspiring moment that really set the tone for the rest of the event.
She also shared why the #WONDERUS ambassador program was started — to build a closer, more personal connection with our community and create a space where skincare lovers like you could be at the heart of everything we do.
Next, our passionate marketing team stepped in with a few brief presentations. They introduced the haruharu wonder brand for those who may be newer to the community and broke down everything our #WONDERUS 8 members need to know about their new role in the program. It was exciting to finally meet in person and bring our global and local communities closer together.
And of course — what’s an event without delicious treats? Our wonderful haruharu wonder design team curated a beautifully styled vegan canapé and dessert table, adding an elegant and thoughtful touch to the atmosphere, and kept everyone well fed as we proceeded with the event itinerary!
After the presentations, each member had the chance to receive a 1:1 personal skin consultation — a key moment of the day! Our team took the time to understand each individual’s unique skin type and concerns and recommended the most suitable haruharu wonder products to match. This session really allowed our members to understand how the products they’ll be testing and reviewing for the next few months can work best for their skin.
To wrap up this wonderful day, we hosted a fun and interactive skincare quiz — where every participant walked away with exclusive haruharu wonder prizes! It was the perfect way to end an already magical event on a high note, with lots of smiles and laughter.
This offline gathering was more than just an event — it was a meaningful opportunity for us to deepen our connection with you, our supporters. Hearing your experiences using our products firsthand, seeing your excitement and passion in person — it reminded us why we do what we do.
