I've been searching everywhere to find something to reduce my oily skin problems. And I never thought an oil cleanser would be the solution!! After using this kn the evening, my skin is smooth and soft throughout the night and into the next day!! I'm impressed!!
After massaging the oil in my face for a min, in a circular motion, you can visibly see the nasty impurities on my hand that came out of my skin!!!! I actually couldn't stop thinking about it all night. My face is pretty sensitive but this product does not break my out. Highly recommend to add to your skin care routine. I honestly couldn't believe it.
Hands down one of my favorite K-Beauty brands, HaruHaru black rice cleansing oil, gel and toner are a staple in my skincare routine. You gently massage the oil into dry skin - which dissolves your makeup and excess sebum from the t-zone. I have normal to dry mature skin, so this combo is a dream for me. I also use their Centella Phyto Peptide Cream and Black Rice Toner. The quality of these products are outstanding, with amazing results. They leave my skin clean & fully hydrated, but they support a healthy skin barrier. Don't hesitate for a second, add to cart!
I've always been a make up wipe girlie just because of the eyeshadow I like to do. I've yet to find a cleanser that actually cuts through all the colors I use, until this one! I used this cleanser after a long day of blue eyeshadow and all I had left on after was a bit of glitter (totally normal for the liquid eyeshadow I used). I will admit it irritated my eyes a bit hut no more than when I get a makeup wipe too close to my water line. The cleanser itself left my skin moisturized without feeling greasy. Overall a good product!
I've been using Haruharu black rice toner and face oil for the last two years. I have extremely dry and sensitive skin and I have to admit that I am OBSESSED with this fermented black rice ingredient, so I was thrilled when they came out with their cleansing oil and cleansing gel!!!Before this Haruharu black rice cleansing oil came out, with not much to choose from, I've been using Shu Uem*** for the last 15 years and tried DH* cleansing oil which were leading brands in the market. I liked how Shu Uem*** cleansing oil got rid of all the make-up so well, but it has been love and hate relationship because it was a bit pricey, and its ingredient is mineral oil(by-product of the distillation of petroleum to make gasoline), thus made me feel somewhat less clean internally. Although it got its job done well, I really hoped to find something that was eco friendly, and vegan.I've tried DH* cleansing oil(olive oil based), but its texture was way too thick, made my eyes really blurry and sore and my skin broke out crazily.In search of the perfect cleansing oil for the past 15+ years, I've bought so many, maybe too many products from Neiman, Saks, and Sephora.If the product worked well, it was not natural oil, or it was way too expensive.Haruharu black rice cleansing oil is a GAME CHANGER! It's 95% NATURAL ingredients. It is made of only 9 ingredients that is so gentle and mild even for the most sensitive/dry skin! Its light, refreshing texture does NOT make my eyes irritated, NO skin break outs and leaves my skin well cleansed throughly. I was so impressed that it even gets rid of most of the waterproof make up. I only have to pump the oil once, put it on my face, gently massage with a little bit of warm water, and Ta-da! My skin is clean, bright and I do feel good inside knowing that it is eco-friendly. Also, it is FRAGRANCE-FREE and does NOT strip out the moisture out of your skin and the combination of natural oils even NOURISHES the skin. And I just love the fact that Just like other Haruharu products, this cleansing oil is also Vegan and there is no animal cruelty involved in producing the products! Oh yes, and the price! It is all the things I've wanted in a cleansing oil and it is AFFORDABLE. The ingredients and the benefit that I get from using this may feel like a splurge and luxury, yet it does not break my wallet!Please do not waste your precious time, energy and resource to find the perfect cleansing oil. This is it! I highly recommend it!!!
I am a pre cleanse stan and have tried so many different types of brands. This might be my top favorite!! I've used balms like farmacy, Clinique, elf, IT cosmetics, Byoma, neutrogena, Eve lom and oil cleansers like DHC, peach & lily, tatcha, and more. This product is elite! It's so soothing and moisturizing, takes off my makeup and hard to get mascara super easy. Love that just a pump or two will get the job done also. Has no scent for anyone who may be irritated easily by that. My face feels nice and clean and ready for me to go in with my second cleanse. I've also used this for minimal days: if I'm just wearing sunscreen and don't need a full double cleanse afterwards. My skin is glowy, soft and supple. It'll definitely last a long time for being able to use a little bit at a time. Very impressed!
I have Combo-Dry Acne Prone & Sensitive skin, the texture is very moisturizing a little bit heavy but that's not a bad thing!It has no fragrance and in comparison to the anua oil cleanser this is way better.The Package is made really well and it doesn't leak! (This product is also real I compared it with another one purchased from a Korean skincare shop)It leaves the skin feeling hydrated and moisturised, I recommend it to everyone.
I am very glad to know that this product has gentle natural products, not harmful for my skin or the environment. Just discovered an app called Yuka where you can check how clean this kind of products are and this is one of the products that passed the test.
I love this product. It is gentle on my skin the performance is amazing the texture is a little thick but it helps get my make up on. It has no smell and the durability is great. Such a long lasting product and I will definitely be re-purchasing

I absolutely love this stuff. A little goes a long way and it does wonders removing makeup. I also apply this before I gua sha and it works great as an oil. I have sensitive skin and sometimes don't react well to oils but this doesn't bother my skin at all. It also feels super hydrating while also leaving my skin feeling clean which isn't an easy combo to find!
This is my first time using oil cleanser/double cleansing, and man just after the first time I could feel a difference on my face! Which honestly sounds unbelievable but it was so much smoother/softer feeling. I could even tell when I used my 2nd cleanser how my face felt better.Definitely worth the buy!!!
This honestly has removed so much buildup.. I don't use it daily (I forget).. but I use it several times a week & I always notice an immediate difference. It really improved my overall skin texture and makes it SO soft.
I recently decided to switch from cleansing balms to oils because I feel like they don't last and were an extra expense for my pocket so I give this oil a chance, I have been using the Haruharu cleansing oil for 9 days today and so far I have not had any damage to my skin, no irritation or break outs and I have dry and very sensitive skin, the first day it smelled like old dry rice ....but I don't smell it anymore or maybe my nose has adapted to it but nothing disgusting...for tips, I apply it on dry skin, massage for 1 or 2 minutes and then add a little water, massaging until it turns into a light white milky consistency and I make sure to completely remove it from my face and neck and as a second step I use non-foaming cleansers.
Love the product, it helps me minimise my pores as well as melt my makeup away when I'm feeling a bit lazy

I adore this cleansing oil. I follow it with the HaruHaru Cleansing gel. I love it so much that I ordered a set for my daughter after we had on vacation. This is about my third order. I'm obsessed!
Removes dirt and make up. Follow use instructions lather on dry skin 1st them wet face. My skin is super sensitive and this product leaves my skin feeling amazing
Came in the mail, in plastic wrap packaging unlike the box others received. Submitted to replace the product to see if it arrives again in the same state.Edit: received my replacement the next day in a box with a seal over the pump. Not sure why it looks like I got someone else's return but glad it was resolved.

I haven't been able to try the product yet, when the packet arrived the product has lesked out and was all over the package.I can imagine that It is going to work amazingly well as has dissolved all writing on the labels in the package. It had a beautiful silky feeling on my hands when pulling it out of the envelope.I can't wait to try it on my face to remove makeup . I'll update when I get a chance to use.

Very nice lightweight gel cleanser that is unscented. The amount shown is more than enough for my face, it's very gentle and creates a thin light foam. It washes off easily and cleanly leaving the skin feeling slightly exfoliated and very clean. My face feels so incredibly soft after using this even before doing the rest of my skin care routine! Highly recommend.
I use this cleanser after my oil cleanser to double cleanse before my skincare routine. It does not dry out my skin. I have oily to combination skin. My skin is also semi sensitive and I have not had any issues with this. It is very nice and I quite enjoy using this cleanser.
It is a gentle cleanser that does what it does. I love that it does not irritate my skin and I have noticed some bumps that were starting to appear , actually stop after two uses. Of course I am really in K- beauty at this time . I love it because it's affordable and it has been good to my skin, will continue to purchase and highly recommend!
I have become fond of Korean skincare and this wash is great. Rice seems to be a frequently used ingredient and does a wonderful job of washing gently but not making dry. The gel cleaner is clear and has no smell. I don't need much to get a clean face. I find it refreshing. This is also boxed nicely and the ingredients include many naturally based items. I like this wash a lot and will look for this brand in the future. Recommend.
This is a new k-beauty brand first for me. I've heard good things about Haru Haru but have yet to try their products. Upon opening the flip-top cap, I was greeted with a clear, watery-like gel that has no odor and feels almost slimy before lathered up. I will say this face wash lathered quite well and didn't overly strip my skin! It's almost a gentle cleanse versus some of the harsher or deeper cleaning formulas I've tried.If you are prone to irritation, this is definitely the face wash for you as it is free of many ingredients that irritate he skin on some people. Being generous in size, this will last quite long. As with other K-beauty brands, there is a definite expiration date on the bottle which helps you ensure you're not using expired product. :)
This cleanser is really good! I wouldn't say I have sensitive skin but I haven't broken out from this and I've been using it from months I love it
