It’s a really nice “treatment + glow” balm. Texture is thick but not sticky, and it gives a soft, dewy shine, not super glossy. The rose scent is light and not overwhelming. What I like most is that it actually hydrates, it doesn’t just sit on your lips. My lips felt smoother after using it. Only downside: you can feel it on your lips, so if you like super lightweight balms, this might not be your thing. Overall: not essential, but a really satisfying, glowy balm that feels a bit more skincare than makeup.

Soothing Serum

This is a very good product. It is lightweight, it absorbs fast, it doesn't pill, it works great. However...the bottle, as gorgeous as it is, is not very good. The nozzle is too short compared to the width of the bottle and the pump and some of the serum sometimes ends up on the side of the pump. I wish the pump would be re-designed, because this is a great serum, but the application can be a bit uncomfortable.

I’ve been a longtime user of Paula’s Choice azelic acid, and while that is good, the Rose PDRN works significantly better for my skin. Where Paula’s Choice felt like it was just maintaining my skin, this serum feels like it’s actually repairing it. I struggle with reactive skin that gets red at the slightest provocation. This serum provides an instant calming effect, the moment it touches my face.
